Hannah worked with our Health & Well-being committee to design a bespoke course for our Asia-Pacific region.

The modules covered relevant topics to give our employees the tools and insight to help them manage anxiety and stress and more importantly, how to mitigate entirely.

  • "I came to Hannah with a seed of an idea for a project I wanted to work on. It was mainly a project for my own personal entertainment and I didn't really know what I wanted to do with it, but I knew I had a message to bring to the world.   • “I was extremely skeptical before I started working with Hannah, but I was at a loose end. I didn't think that coaching was really for me, but I’d gone from working a 9-5 to starting my own business and I needed help figuring out the right things to spend time on and making sure I stayed productive. I was extremely stressed as I felt like I was wasting a lot of time even though I worked 80 hours per week. Honestly, I thought coaching was mainly about confidence and self-esteem, so I went into it with low expectations.
