Meet your host


A long time ago I knew that I wanted more from life. I thought the problem so far was context and environment… not me. I moved to the other side of the world and felt hopeful that success was simply waiting for me there.

What I hadn’t yet learned was that wherever I went, there I was. The same problems reared their ugly head. Now I was without my support system or family, more disappointed in myself than I previously knew was possible.

I decided to make a change. 8 months after moving overseas I hit my limit and something had to give. I cried out for help, literally, and began rebuilding a new life from scratch. What ensued was not easy. But life had gotten so bleak and so dark I was on a precipice. On one side lay depression and isolation, on the other was the unknown but it was filled with possibility. There was only one option. I stepped into the unknown.

Over the next 2 years I was stripped of all ego and expectation. 6 months into my new life I fell physically incredibly ill. My nervous system gave in and I was bed ridden. I couldn’t walk for 3 months, and eventually could leave the house for 20 minutes at a time with a walking stick. I struggled on and off for 2 years in and out of a wheelchair. It was enormously humbling.

The universe was in no uncertain terms teaching me something. Yes, I had been willing to make a change. I had surrendered. But there were bigger lessons waiting for me.

I learned the importance of health. This became the foundation from which the rest of my life flourished. Mental, Physical and Spiritual. I unlocked the ability to be consistent. To acknowledge my worthiness and innate power. I allowed myself to not only dream, but to pursue my dreams. I turned hopes into action and enjoyed the results.

In 2021 I retrained as a performance and life coach (I am ICF credited) and have since been working with womxn globally to pass on everything I learned the hard way. Our nervous systems need caring for if we want to succeed. Our self esteem needs nurturing if we want to be empowered. Our habits need consistency if we want to see results.

I have turned my lived experience into teachable tools. I have studied leading coaches, researchers and scientists to understand more about what works and why. I live and breathe everything in this programme week on week.
